March 13th ndash; 14th: Featured at the Bell Rock Plaza Art and Craft show will be an exciting artist visiting us from Iowa, Carole Osburn. Her mission is to create paper collages and sculptures that are unique in concept, having a tactile nature and balanced harmonious design.
